These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website primeguidacad.com and the services offered by Prime Guidance Academy, based in Vancouver, Canada. By accessing our site or using our leadership training services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Conditions of access

Our services are intended for individuals who are of the legal age of majority in their province, state or country and who are able to enter into a valid contract. By submitting a booking request or sending a contact form, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may request confirmation of identity for security or administrative reasons.

2. Services offered

Prime Guidance Academy provides leadership training programs, workshops and related educational resources designed for directors, board members and senior leaders. The objective is to offer a clear and structured framework for developing practical leadership skills. Our services are educational in nature and do not replace professional advice in areas such as law, accounting, human resources, mental health or any other regulated profession.

3. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when contacting us or making a booking and to update this information where necessary. You also agree to use the site and our services in a lawful manner and not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the proper operation of the website or related systems;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, servers or networks;
  • Use the content for purposes that are illegal or incompatible with these Terms, including any automated scraping or bulk copying of material.

Any materials, guides, slides, recordings or documents made available as part of a program are provided for personal or internal organisational use only and may not be copied, distributed, adapted or reused without prior written permission from Prime Guidance Academy, except where mandatory law permits otherwise.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, program outlines and learning resources — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these rights are owned by Prime Guidance Academy or its content partners. Any reproduction, modification, translation, public display or distribution of content requires prior written consent, except where a limited use is clearly permitted on the site or by applicable law.

5. Bookings and fees

A booking is generally considered confirmed once we have acknowledged your request and, where required, payment has been processed by our payment provider. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website or in an offer, prices are displayed in USD ($). Additional charges such as venue costs or third-party platform fees may apply and will be indicated when relevant.

Payments may be processed via reputable third-party providers. Prime Guidance Academy does not store full payment card details on its own systems. Any payment information is handled in line with the security practices of the payment provider concerned.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Requests for cancellation or refund should be sent to contact@primeguidacad.com.

  • Cancellations at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session: you are generally eligible for a full refund or, where available, you may choose to reschedule.
  • Cancellations less than forty-eight (48) hours before the session: we may propose a partial refund, a credit or a rescheduled date, taking into account venue bookings, preparation time and other practical constraints.
  • Non-attendance without notice: if you do not attend a scheduled session and no cancellation is communicated in advance, the session may be treated as delivered and no refund will normally be offered.

Nothing in this section limits rights that may arise from mandatory consumer protection or other applicable laws.

7. Availability and liability

Prime Guidance Academy aims to keep the website and online tools reasonably available. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control (for example, outages affecting hosting providers or communication networks). We cannot ensure constant availability of the website or the absence of interruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Guidance Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of opportunity or loss of business. Any direct liability arising from or in connection with the use of the site or our services is, where allowed by law, limited to the total amount paid to us for the relevant services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Data protection

The way we collect, use and protect personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. That document explains, among other things, your rights, the legal bases we rely on and how cookies and similar technologies are used. By using the site, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read the Privacy Policy.

Continued use of the site or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your place of residence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the website or our services will be submitted to the competent courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, unless another forum is required by mandatory law.
